Return Policy: Store Credit Only

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Black Galactic. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 14-day return policy for store credit only. Please review the following guidelines:

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for store credit. These include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item(s). You can reach us at christinabarrios@myyahoo.com.
    • Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to proceed.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or damaged upon arrival.

  4. Store Credit:

    • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will issue you store credit equal to the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping fees.
    • Store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card or voucher, which can be used for future purchases online.

  5. Exchanges:

    • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).

  6. Refunds:

    • We do not offer refunds for returned items. All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

  7. Final Sale Items:

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or store credit.

  8. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
